Most marine wood shops will have the teak and holly floor and a single= 4 by 8 sheet will do the job.   If you can't find it locally you= could order it at the link below.  They ship world wide.
 
 
First off I think it's 1/2 inch not 1/4.  The other hard part is = that when you remove the current floor you'll find that the edges are cut a= t an angle in towards the center of the boat.  It is very difficult, n= ot impossible but hard, to get a good measurement on the cut out.  Wit= h a proper cut out the floor will slide down into the grove along the edge = and be very close to a perfect fit.
 
My advise would be to first test your measurement and cutting skills o= n some scrap 4 by 4 pieces of plywood and see where you need to adjust cutt= ing or measurements. 
 
I've done it and there's nothing like a brand new floor but it's a goo= d size job.
